Generic SaaS
can't run
a franchise.

EAYC isn't a yard-care company that needs software. It's a franchise network where the software is the product. Every owner runs on it, and it enforces the quality and transparency the brand sells.

Off-the-shelf tools bend the business to fit the tool. Copper wouldn't sync. Intercom is generic. Dashboards make crews stop and tap with gloves on.

This build flips that. One vertical platform, voice-first in the field, with the AI layer running the routing, the diagnosis, the support, and the busywork.

We bill time and materials against actual hours, and a senior team that builds fast keeps the spend lean, so the plus or minus 15% range tightens as discovery firms up. You see the scope, the hours, and the cost the whole way, and you steer every call.

Hello Hal runs the route hands-free. Wake word, full speech in and out, built for dirty gloves and a running engine.

Plant diagnosis from a photo, auto-optimized routes, a self-updating knowledge base, and agents that handle the busywork.

Customer voice agent

An in-house support agent that answers customers by voice and text. Replaces Intercom, tuned to EAYC.

Franchise control plane

Onboarding, royalties, territories, and network-health monitoring so corporate sees every node in real time.

Billing, CRM and the field

Invoicing, payments, scheduling, routing, and a CRM that finally syncs two-way with Gmail.

Ancillary revenue

Invoice advertising, After Care video with ad slots, and the Amped Up upsell engine, wired in from day one.
